At KANSAI HELIOS, the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and the community are paramount. It’s more than a commitment – it’s our unwavering promise.
Our Health & Safety Policy serves as a guide to help us achieve a hazard-free workplace, foster a culture of care, and ensure compliance. In accordance with this policy, the safety of our employees is our foremost concern, incorporated into every decision, with precise objectives and the ultimate objective of achieving zero workplace injuries.
In line with our KANSAI HELIOS sustainable development goals for 2030, we are committed to achieving a Lost Time Injury Frequency (LTIF) equal to, or less than 1.5. Our safety focus extends beyond our employees to external contractors on-site, visitors, and partners.
Environment
The commitment to active environmental protection is firmly anchored at KANSAI HELIOS and is based on intensive internal communication and close co-operation. We see responsible behaviour as the key to sustainable success, which is inextricably linked to the areas of economy, ecology and social responsibility.
By 2030, we want to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30% and water and energy consumption by 20%. We have also committed to reducing our waste by 30%, thereby reaffirming our pledge to minimise our environmental footprint.
